- The promotion begins on Monday 9 January 2012 and finishes at Midnight on Saturday 30 June 2012.

- Stories from entries including entrants names and state maybe used by Ensystex in future marketing material (websites, social media, brochures)

- It is the responsibility of the winner to choose a carrier and pay for any future use of the device.
- Colour decided on availability at time of draw The winner will be determined by 7 July 2012.
